The Service

TokenSkim provides a free tool that analyzes an LLM API usage export you provide and reports potentially recoverable spend, plus optional paid services (a one-off deep audit and ongoing monitoring). The free analysis runs in your browser; your usage file is not uploaded to us.

Estimates, not guarantees

The figures the Service produces — including any "recoverable" amounts — are estimates for informational purposes only. They are not financial, accounting, tax, legal or professional advice, and they are not a promise of any specific saving. Findings are labelled by confidence (for example "provable" versus "estimate"); actual results depend on your workload, model quality requirements and how you implement any changes. You are solely responsible for decisions you make based on the Service.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service unlawfully or to infringe others' rights.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure.
• Do not upload content you are not entitled to process.

Paid services, payments and cancellation

Paid services are billed through Stripe. The deep audit is a one-off payment; monitoring is a recurring subscription that you can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period. Prices are shown on the Pricing page; applicable VAT is calculated at checkout. For any billing question or refund request, contact [email protected].

Immediate performance and right of withdrawal. The deep audit is a digital service we begin performing immediately after purchase. By completing checkout you expressly request that we start immediately and acknowledge that, once the service has been fully performed, you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal that would otherwise apply to consumers under EU law. Businesses acting in a professional capacity have no withdrawal right.

Intellectual property

The Service, its content and software are owned by Redbit S.r.l.s. and protected by applicable law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose. Any output of the free analyzer that is derived from your own data is yours to use.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of results, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Redbit S.r.l.s. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or savings, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Italian law. Except where mandatory consumer-protection rules provide otherwise, the courts of Rome (Italy) have exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms; the current version is always available on this page, with the date shown above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Not for minors

The Service is intended for businesses and adults; it is not directed at children under 18.
